Clearwater Party Barge

We offer boating on our 31ft Tritoon Double Decker boat. We also offer snorkeling, dolphin watching, bar hopping, island hopping and sunset cruises. And you can combine any of these together depending upon how much time you have. Unfortunately, we do not offer fishing, parasailing or jet skis.

This boat is designed for fun and versatility, featuring two 300-horsepower engines, 2 bars area to organize your drinks and food, 10ft beam (overall width of the boat!), a custom Bluetooth sound system that will rock your world (Fusion head unit, JL Audio speakers (2 subs, 4 8x8s, 3 6x5s and amps included) and two 6-inch speakers upstairs, a dual power poles setup, and plush lounge-style seating for ultimate comfort, bar areas and upper deck sitting and lounges for breathtaking views. 32 cupholders!!! The capacity is up to 12 guests. The captain makes it 13 max.   The boat also offers a huge float mat for added entertainment and towing capabilities for water sports (additional costs). Safety is a priority, with all necessary equipment provided. The boat is meticulously maintained and designed to enhance your experience on the water. If you have any children under 90 pounds please request children’s life vests and give the approximate weight of each child.  

The boat is rated for 25 people, unfortunately Coast Guard Regulation for Bareboat charters will only allow 12 passengers at a time.

 Depending on which location we leave from, there are restrooms at the docks but not on the boat or where we are going unless we are heading to one of the Bar & Grills.

A: Clearwater Party Barge offers a clear and customer-friendly cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation at least 96 hours (4 days) before your scheduled rental, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your charter. Cancellations made between 95 and 24 hours before the rental will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. In the event the captain cancels the charter due to adverse weather conditions, Clearwater Party Barge will provide either a full refund or the option to rebook your trip at a later date. This policy ensures flexibility while allowing for necessary operational considerations.

Under Bareboat charters rules we cannon include fuel. Charter will be billed for actual fuel used.

We do allow infants and we do provide life jackets for them. Although not required to wear them on a 31 foot vessel it is highly recommend. If you bring an infant please let us know at booking so we can make sure we have a life jacket on board for them.

Unfortunately they do count. Per the Coast Guard regulation they go by head count even if it is an infant. So the max that I can do at a time is 12 passengers. We also only allow 10 minors at any one time, we require at least one adult per 5 minors on board at all times with your party.

The simple answer is yes. We will fly political flags when appropriate. We can fly your home country flag if you wish. We can fly your team or school flag. We are pretty easy when it comes to flying flags as long as it’s not offensive. The Captain of the boat has the final say on any flags that are flown while he is captaining the vessel.

Yes we do!! If you want to start with us at Seminole Boat Ramp and end your day somewhere north or south along the Gulf coast and Uber it or get a ride with a friend home thats ok with us.

Just note that you are responsible for the extra time on the boat and captain and fuel to return the boat back to Seminole Boat Ramp

Bathing suite, sunscreen, hat, flip flops, camera, sun glasses, and a wind breaker or sweat shirt if your going on the sunset cruise.

We ask that you don’t bring glass containers on the boat. Bottled beers sometimes fall and glass is potentially dangerous. Please bring cans and plastics only. We also ask that you don't wear high heels or black or hard soled shoes.

You are free to bring alcohol, beer, wine, wine coolers aboard, but please no glass. We have a cooler on board that you can use or bring your soft cooler to put inside our built in cooler. Most Captain's that you hire reserves the right to ask you to stop drinking if you go overboard and if you do not comply he has the right to end the charter with no refund.

The Charterer has the right to make the cruise a Dry crusie.

No smoking please but you are welcome to use a vape. The Charterer has the right to not allow their guest to vape.

Yes you can bring food on board we just ask that any trash you produce you bring off with you. We do not throw anything over board!!

No weapons are allowed on board. Even if you have a Florida CCW. The captain may extend LEO and federal officers the curtsey to carry but we ask you inform the captain that you are carrying. The captain has the final say on any and all weapons on board the vessel.

No even if you have a medical marijuana card. Marijuana is still an illegal drug in the eyes of the federal government. The ocean is controlled by the US Coast Guard. They can put you in jail even with the CARD!!

Yes under Bare Boat regulations you do have a choice of captains. We have a list of captains that have been on our boat and is familiar with the area and the boat itself that you can choose from. If you have a USCG certified captain that you would like to use please have them contact us and if they meet the qualifications the boat owner has then you can hire them.

You do! When you book a trip with us $50.00 a hour of your trip cost goes into a Captains escrow account that pays the captain of your choice after the charter has ended.

Tips are not included but are always appreciated. A 15–20% gratuity is the industry standard for charter captains and crew.
