This boat is designed for fun and versatility, featuring two 300-horsepower engines, 2 bars area to organize your drinks and food, 10ft beam (overall width of the boat!), a custom Bluetooth sound system that will rock your world (Fusion head unit, JL Audio speakers (2 subs, 4 8x8s, 3 6x5s and amps included) and two 6-inch speakers upstairs, a dual power poles setup, and plush lounge-style seating for ultimate comfort, bar areas and upper deck sitting and lounges for breathtaking views. 32 cupholders!!! The capacity is up to 12 guests. The captain makes it 13 max.   The boat also offers a huge float mat for added entertainment and towing capabilities for water sports (additional costs). Safety is a priority, with all necessary equipment provided. The boat is meticulously maintained and designed to enhance your experience on the water. If you have any children under 90 pounds please request children’s life vests and give the approximate weight of each child. Â
A: Clearwater Party Barge offers a clear and customer-friendly cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation at least 96 hours (4 days) before your scheduled rental, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your charter. Cancellations made between 95 and 24 hours before the rental will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. In the event the captain cancels the charter due to adverse weather conditions, Clearwater Party Barge will provide either a full refund or the option to rebook your trip at a later date. This policy ensures flexibility while allowing for necessary operational considerations.
The simple answer is yes. We will fly political flags when appropriate. We can fly your home country flag if you wish. We can fly your team or school flag. We are pretty easy when it comes to flying flags as long as it’s not offensive. The Captain of the boat has the final say on any flags that are flown while he is captaining the vessel.
Yes we do!! If you want to start with us at Seminole Boat Ramp and end your day somewhere north or south along the Gulf coast and Uber it or get a ride with a friend home thats ok with us.
Just note that you are responsible for the extra time on the boat and captain and fuel to return the boat back to Seminole Boat Ramp
You are free to bring alcohol, beer, wine, wine coolers aboard, but please no glass. We have a cooler on board that you can use or bring your soft cooler to put inside our built in cooler. Most Captain's that you hire reserves the right to ask you to stop drinking if you go overboard and if you do not comply he has the right to end the charter with no refund.
The Charterer has the right to make the cruise a Dry crusie.
Yes under Bare Boat regulations you do have a choice of captains. We have a list of captains that have been on our boat and is familiar with the area and the boat itself that you can choose from. If you have a USCG certified captain that you would like to use please have them contact us and if they meet the qualifications the boat owner has then you can hire them.
